Intensive summer 2-month program that includes;
1 Individual muscle strengthening program
2 Program to improve power, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance and the jumping ability (Power Training)
3 Individual trainings (2-4 athletes) for technical improvement.
These programs of single or dual trainings conducted in 7 indoor courts, under the supervision of 10 proffesional coaches from Monday to Friday, and cover;
TRAIN LIKE A PRO 1, for professional basketball players preparing for the next year (transitional period)
TRAIN LIKE PRO 2, for selected adolescents, future professional basketball players who want to reach the highest level to a full scholarship in America, a contract in Greece or a career in the big European basketball teams.
IMPROVE YOUR GAME, for young basketball players (12-15 years), who want to get better at points of the basic technique of basketball.
Annual tournament, which includes demonstration of young-men lasting 4 weeks,(Saturdays or Sundays), the transitional period before the start of the translational period. An opportunity for athletes to show their skills to interested coaches, agents or representatives of athletes in a well organized tournament by SV SPORTS POWER.
